The Galilean Complex Arch Was Turned Down.

The beautiful arch at the Galilean Complex, Zone 6, Chiquimula, Guatemala, was built by Dr. Édgar Amìlcar Madrid, between August and September 1985 at the entrace of the micro housing area Galilean Complex, fouded to help people with low income; but, it was turned down between March 10th and 11th, 2008, due to impugnation of Lady Berta Cervantes and an resulution from Mr. Boris Reynaldo Cisneros Pazos, who is the Judge of City Affairs, despite the promise of the City Mayor and several members of the Coucil that the arch would not be turned down. The reaccion of the inhabitants of the whole área has been of much discontent, and its builder has been profoundly sad.
